Tonight was the adult session of stake conference. Saturday evening 7-8:30pm.

I was so tired today. And feeling a lot of depression that is making me numb and slow. It’s so hard. I took a nap from 6-6:35 then got up and went with Nick to the stake conference session. It was good. Good messages. Good feeling with these people. I don’t know most of them, just the people in our ward, and Kalli’s mom Richelle Heaps who directs the music 🙂 she is pretty!

I feel a good feeling being around these Christlike people. People who love Jesus and want to follow him. They are willing to serve in the church and sacrifice. Not perfect people, but very good people. I feel the spirit around them and I know I really enjoy being around spiritual people. It lifts me up. The closing song was It Is Well With My Soul. I really like that song. I sat calmly and listened to these good members sing the song. They had nice voices and it sounded really good and calming. I felt peace. I felt comforted to be there around love and goodness. It was special. I felt the spirit. It lifted me ♡
